PayPal is valid in the Philippines, you can now receive and send payments via PayPal in the Philippines.


How to withdraw from Paypal


First thing's first, GET VERIFIED


2 ways to get verified:

  • Credit cards - Enroll your credit card, it will be charged but don't worry the charging will be returned after 24 hours, it is only needed to verify your account. Your 4-Digit EXPUSE (expansion use) number will show in your card billing.
  • Debit cards - enroll your debit card, call up your bank and get your 4-Digit EXPUSE (expansion use) number,
  • Unionbank EON is the best choice as of now Unionbank Hotline (632-84-186)
  • Banco De Oro can also be used.
  • Log in to your PayPal account, and confirm your credit or debit card. Right after PayPal confirms a match, your account will be verified immediately.

How to withdraw from your Paypal Account

  • Step1 : Log into Paypal, click PROFILE > BANK ACCOUNT
  •  Step2: Enter bank details, take note that your first name and surname on your Paypal account should match the name of your bank account.
  • Step3: Fill out the space for the bank code. Get your bank codes and withdrawal fees right here.
  •  Step 4: Confirm

Withdrawal Fees
Withdrawals equal or more than PHP 7,000 are free. For withdrawal amounts of less than PHP 7,000, there will be a fee of PHP 50.




What you need to open a Unionbank EON

  • 2 government issued IDs (passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, etc) for proper identification.
  • Photo 2x2 2pcs
  • There is an annual fee for the debit card.
  • Your debit card should have at least P200 for verification spend on PayPal.
